Shipping FAQ’s

What are the shipping costs involved?

Free Standard Shipping in the 48 Contiguous states. We will not ship to either Alaska or Hawaii. We do  not ship to Canada.

All Planta products do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. The average shipping price of a greenhouse structure is between $250 and $450. 

How long before my order arrives?

We will make every effort to ship your order in the fastest possible manner.

Generally, orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours and shipped within three to seven business days from the date you placed your order.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin processing until the next business day.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to conditions beyond our control.

For pre-order items or items with an expected fufillment the dates we provide are only estimates. These estimated fufillment dates are subject to change. We do our best to keep our estimated fufillment dates. In the event that there is a delay we promise to limit any delays to  no later than 45 days from the expected fufillment date. 


I placed my order. What happens next?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order. If your item is in stock, it will be shipped within five business days.

As part of the delivery process, we require a contactable telephone number, e-mail address, and mailing address before the item is shipped. 

Please make sure to enter the correct phone number, e-mail, and mailing address at checkout. 

We cannot be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses. 

The truck driver will call you to set up delivery, so it is essential for us to have a valid phone number. 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will e-mail your tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 48 hours, feel free to contact us at

Please note that you will need to sign for your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

What method of shipping do you use?

Large items will be shipped using ground LTL shipping.

Free shipping includes curbside drop-off. Door-side drop-off is offered but at an additional price.

LTL door side delivery is included with Free Shipping for all Solexx products.


How do I prepare for receiving delivery?

The truck driver will call you to set up delivery, so it is vital for us to have a valid phone number.

Anything shipped via LTL is curbside delivery only, which means the semi-truck will pull up to the curb at the residence.

The semi-truck driver is not required to remove the product from the truck.

Liftgate and door-side delivery is offered for an additional cost.

However, you will have to be home for delivery and, in most cases, will need 1-2 people to take the product off the semi-truck.

Once you receive the delivery, do not open it right away. Instead, take the time to inspect the unopened box for any signs of damage.

If you suspect any damage to the product inside the unopened box, please take a picture. Documenting damage to unopened boxes will help us determine if the delivery company is at fault.


What if the delivery is damaged?

If the damage is excessive, refuse the shipment. Do not sign for the LTL delivery without noting damage. 

If you find damaged or missing parts after opening the cartons, please notify us within five days and we will work hard to ensure that you send you replacement parts or a brand new product.

The approach for replacing damaged products varies between manufacturers. 

Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we are dedicated to doing everything we can to make our delivery process a pleasant experience. 


What if I’m unable to receive the delivery or I refuse delivery?

If you’re not home or if you refuse delivery for whatever reason, we will charge a 25% restocking fee along with any added freight charges associated with the returned shipment.

What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

We live for the joy of seeing our customers satisfied. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. 

How do I return my order?

What is your Return Policy?

If you're dissatisfied with your order, we're happy to offer an exchange, replacement, or refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Please note that the product must be in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

All returns are subject to review and approval.

If you decide to return the product, you will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as a 25% restocking fee, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel for whatever reason, please contact us immediately. 

We will do our best to cancel the other without cost to you. However, in some cases, this may not be possible.

For instance, if you cancel an order after it has already prepared for shippment you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee. If you cancel an order after it has already shipped, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and return shipping.

If you cancel a custom order or an item that is made to order but it has not shipped you are responsible for a15% restocking fee for the cancellation.
